I typically work with people who are interested in exploring more holistic mind-body strategies for understanding and regulating their emotional, mental and spiritual lives in the context of a supportive and collaborative relationship. My approach is eclectic — I have training in everything from psychoanalysis to energy psychology because I recognize that we all learn and grow in unique ways, and I like to draw upon different models depending on the person’s needs at any given moment. In this respect, I find the process of psychotherapy to be extremely creative — something that gets co-constructed with each individual.
“Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love.”
— Rainer Maria Rilke
